Senior Management Assistant
Leo Samuelson recently joined UASI as a senior management assistant and has been working for the City and County of San Francisco for nearly 7 years. He has previously worked at the Department of Elections prior to joining the Department of Emergency Management in November 2021. At Elections, Leo was responsible for purchasing, logistics coordination and served as a lead in various election programs and services. In his previous roles at Emergency Management, Leo served as the Acting Facility Manager from March to April 2021 and prior to that he was the office manager managing general office administration.
Leo is an Eagle Scout, and he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Notre Dame de Namur University with an emphasis on Software Engineering. He also holds two Associate of Science degrees from City College of San Francisco in Science and Mathematics as well as in Social and Behavioral Science. Leo also has 2 certificates from City College of San Francisco in Fundamentals of Networking and iPhone App Programming and completed the Google IT Support Specialization certificate.
Leo is a native San Franciscan and enjoys exploring different neighborhoods in his free time.
